Chef Antoine Dubois
With over 20 years of experience in kitchens across Paris, Rome, and Vienna, Chef Antoine brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for European cuisine to our school. He believes in letting the quality of the ingredients speak for itself, creating dishes that are both refined and comforting.
